Ray Pad is a registered trademark and a marketing branch belonging to a family-owned enterprise, which manufactures rubber finished products and metal-reinforced elastomeric materials. We are operating in two administrative offices, two production facilities and a product showroom in Istanbul/Turkiye. Today we have proven ourselves as one of the leading rubber manufacturers in our region.

Our Background

Our company was established in 1975 by our grandfather. In its first 30 years of business it operated mainly in the domestic market. Thanks to many successful business affairs over these years, the experience and capabilities of the company have increased significantly. The company eventually became a well-known and trusted rubber manufacturer in Turkiye. Starting from 2005, as the younger family members joined the company, its abilities and vision kept going ahead. We established our first contacts beyond our borders and started to export our products worldwide. Since then we have been working to meet our customers' satisfaction and improve our business even further.

What Can We Do?

We manufacture rubber products and metal-reinforced elastomeric materials generally for the purposes of collision control, vibration reduction and surface covering. Examples include steel-reinforced rail pads for crane rails, cable channel protectors for ports, rubber stoppers for protecting land vehicles, rubber sheets, rubber blocks and any other kind of rubber pad.

 

Our company is capable of producing custom rubber pads products according to special needs. We have the ability to produce items of different shapes, sizes and functions. We have 40+ years worth of knowledge on working with different rubber compounds such as EPDM, CR (Neoprene), NBR (Nitrile), NR (Natural Rubber), SBR and Silicone. All we need is a technical drawing and information regarding material and required quantity, so we can work on an offer.
